Where We Ship: We only ship within the United States! Sorry, no territories. There might be some restrictions for Alaska and Hawaii. 🚫✈️

Shipping Time: Orders usually take 3-5 business days to ship via USPS. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (PST). Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. ⏳📮

Double-Check Your Address: Make sure your shipping address is correct! We will only ship to the address you provide on your order. If you need to correct it, email us ASAP! If it's already shipped and delivered to the wrong address, we won't be able to refund you. 🏡✉️

Invalid Addresses: If your address is invalid, shipping will take longer because it will be returned to us. If this happens, please contact us so we can reship your package. We'll need to charge another shipping fee. If you decide to cancel, we'll refund your total minus the shipping cost. 📦↩️💸

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, or if it gets lost during shipping, we are not responsible. Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number immediately. The quicker, the better! 📫🚚
